My weight today is 71.0 kg from last week’s weight of 71.6 kg.
I wish I had lost more weight but I’m still content. If I keep losing it gradually, it’s actually better so that I don’t end up looking ‘dry’. You know how some people look so gaunt and dry after a weight loss journey right?
This week, I started doing Jillian Michaels’ 6-weeks six-pack. My hubby thinks only surgery can reduce my post C-section tummy but I want to prove him wrong. I’ve worked so hard these last few weeks that I believe my body is changing!
These are my pictures on day 1.
My meals were basically just like I’ve talked about in my previous weight loss journey weekly recap
Breakfast: Plain yoghurt and cereal. I had half an avocado on one occasion. 1 slice of Bread and 1 fried egg.
Snack: 1 Banana and a handful of groundnuts. My kids’ biscuits when I’m out on school runs! LOL! Those biscuits are so sweet I can’t help it!
Lunch: Any carbohydrate (except white rice) with fish, shrimps, beef, eggs or chicken PLUS steamed vegetables . I’ve had yam, pasta, etc this week.
Dinner: Usually a salad or steamed vegetables AND nibbling on my kids’ food.

2. I went walking twice. (An hour on each occasion).
