If you’re anything like me, you might have been searching for healthier versions of Nigerian foods. The very first step I took was to substitute frying for grilling. This wasn’t really accepted with open arms in my family but over time they have come to learn. Just yesterday, I grilled my plantain instead of frying it. You see? Baby steps.
Today, Flo of AllNigerianRecipes will be showing us how to make the ultimate Nigerian Stirfry. I don’t know about you but I’m excited. I recently started making stir-frys and I’m open to tweaking it the more.
You’ll need:
- 1 kg Nigerian Meats
