How To Make Lemon, Ginger And Pineapple Juice

When my friends noticed that I quit soda, I got questioning looks from them. They all kept wondering if something was wrong with me. In my defense, I told them that I would rather start taking care of my health now and not wait until I’m 40. Since then, I’ve been looking out for healthy beverage alternatives asides from water to replace soda. It hasn’t been easy but I’ve been thriving. Which is why I’m excited about today’s recipe.

Chef Lola’s Kitchen will be showing us how to make a Ginger, Lemon & Pineapple juice. This drink is obviously packed with vitamins, antioxidants and anti-inflammatory goodness that is great for your health.

Here’s what she said,

The alliance of Ginger, Lemon/Lime and Pineapple is not only cordial but also appetizing. You can make this juice as a warming Winter juice or as a thirst quenching Summer drink.

  • Pineapple – 1.4 Lb (600g)
