Hi people!! I haven’t exercised for two weeks straight since I hurt my foot! However, I’ve been trying to eat as healthy as I can.
My weight this morning was 71.5 kg compared with my weight of 71.9 kg from two weeks ago.
My foot still hurts. If you didn’t read my week 6 update, I’ll tell you what happened: a knife fell on my right foot and gave me a big gash. I was pretty immobile for like three days, hobbling from my room to the living room. Although it’s getting better, I still can’t put my foot into any covered shoes cos’ it still hurts.
