Weight loss journey: End of week 1

Last week Tuesday, I went for a party and when I saw a picture of my back looking so thick and wide, I knew I had to stop talking and start working. On Thursday, I went somewhere and I walked home instead of taking the bus. It took me an hour to get home and that was the beginning of this journey!

Since then, I’ve been doing Jillian Michaels’ Ripped in 30 DVD in the morning and then a 1-hour walk in the evening. For my meals:
– I take a bowl of plain yoghurt mixed with cereal in the morning. I always weigh my cereal to get accurate calorie measurements.
– For lunch and dinner, I take either salad or yoghurt again.
I also take a piece or two of chicken or fish during the day.
I also nibble here and there but very limited.
On New Year’s Day, I did take some rice but not too much.

I started at 76.7 kg and I weighed 73.9 kg this morning. I’m really happy about this!
