Get This Simple Recipe For Ewa Aganyin & Sauce

When I eventually leave Nigeria, one of the things I would definitely miss apart from Suya is Ewa Aganyin.

I’ve always enjoyed Ewa Aganyin! Since my parents were confirmed junk food junkies, we always purchased from food vendors because no one could be bothered to prepare it. We weren’t so particular about cleanliness and whatnot so we bought and ate to our satisfaction.

These days, everyone is particular about what they eat because we are more enlightened. Things are happening and we can never be too careful with the food we eat.

This is why I’m glad for the new crop of chefs that are teaching how to prepare our favorite foods.

One of them is Chef Lola’s Kitchen and she’s showing us how to prepare Ewa Aganyin and Sauce.

What you need.

  • 1 lb Beans and Salt to Taste

  • 2 Dried Red Bell Pepper
