I first read about this brand from Uzoma’s Don’t Touch the Hair blog, Hairveda is an online company that has been around for a while now, their products are paraben free and so far I have tried their Sitrinillah Deep Conditioner which I love and this whipped creme I’m reviewing now. One thing I’d say is that their fragrance game is so clutch!
This product smells divine! I absolutely love the smell, now let’s get to the nitty-gritty.

Shelf Life as stated by Hairveda: 6 Months
Applications as stated by Hairveda: 20-25 uses (I think you could definitely get more use out of this bottle)
Texture: It is a slightly runny cream which isn’t cloying.
Packaging: This new bottle is definitely an upgrade. With the pump, using the product is much more convenient especially since it isn’t too thick.
So far, I have used the Hairveda Whipped Creme as a leave in to moisturise my twists as often as necessary. I have not tried it as a detangler but judging from its texture I don’t think it would do as great as the Kinky Curly Knot Today leave in which is an amazing detangler.
I love this product as a moisturiser for my hair type (4c). That’s not a problem because I found the perfect complement for this product. And it’s the good old shea butter!
When I use the whipped cream alone, my hair is moisturised and smelled lovely. The softness to touch lasted for about two to three days but when I sealed with shea butter afterwards, my hair felt even better and the moisture retention is on a hundred!
I feel like hair could even cooperate better with this product if the water here was not so hard but for now, it gets the job done really well. I am paying attention to my ends (split ends, single strand knots) so I really hope this product could help keep them moisturised and healthy.
Verdict: I love this product and it makes for a great moisturizer. I think it smells lovely too. Follow up with shea butter to keep those twists luscious!
