I am so excited! Another kg down! I’m 71.6 kg today from last week’s 72.7 kg! I can’t believe it! My meals I drink green tea first thing in the morning. 1. Breakfast: Same thing I’ve been doing since I started my weight loss journey: plain yoghurt with cereal. 2. Lunch: Pasta and vegetables with either chicken, fish, prawns, etc OR salad OR sandwich with chicken and veggies. I know pasta might not be the healthiest food but I eat a very little amount. 3. Dinner: Salad I still nibble here and there and Friday movies’ popcorn cannot been missed!! In between, I drink some more cups of tea, including a tummy reduction tea. Exercise 1. I walked twice this week for an hour. 2. I did week 3 of Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 DVD. I did this 5 times since last Saturday. 3. I did an hour of Taebo exercise on Tuesday.
