The other time, I shared five reasons why you should attend a meet-up.
Well, another opportunity is here. This time, it’s the quarterly natural lifestyle meetup – Naturals In The City. The sixteenth edition. Out of all of the editions, I’ve only attended about five but I’m glad I was able to. After all, it’s better late than never.
This edition, which comes up this Saturday, the 17th is going to be packed. As always, it is an improvement over the last one in June so expect the best and open your mind to receive all the knowledge.
This time, we’re talking harnessing the power of herbs for health (my herbal recipes are not enough, come and learn more from an expert)
Herbs. They are abundant and placed around us for our use. For health. Wealth. Nourishment. Come learn how you can nourish your body with herbs, how you can improve your health with them. How to take them safely. There will be a show and tell given by Mrs. Nwosu (former matron at Federal Medical Center). I particularly like the fact that she will worked in the medical field for decades and is still in touch with nature. #nitc16 #nitc #naturalnigerian
Yoga for life (bring your yoga mat if you’re interested in this)
Naturals in The City, Lagos quarterly meet up is slaying this weekend!! We will have an actual Yoga workshop so dress comfortably and bring a mat! We will have a limited number of mats available so bring yours to be sure you get one. @nsaevolves who is a certified Yoga instructor will also be talking to us about YOGA AND MINDFUL LIVING. The benefits of yoga are enormous for all ages. Come, listen and see how it will benefit you. #nitc16 #nitc #naturalnigerian
Applying full face makeup
Want to learn how to apply full face make up from a model who is in front of cameras for a living? Then join us at the meet up next week Saturday where @whitneymadueke will show you for FREE! how it is done. No need to sign up, just show up! Please be on time as it starts by 1:00pm prompt. #nitc #naturalnigerian #nitc16
And so much more!
Now, in order to enjoy all of this, you have to come really early. We’re gonna be starting at 1pm on the dot so please be punctual. Usually, people like to come late and then end up complaining because the workshops would have ended by then. To avoid all of these, come early. Tip – the earlier you come in, the better you’re able to pick up a few things from the vendors before they are all exhausted. Also, you’re able to select from the best. That’s what I do)
Once again, it’s happening on the 17th of September from 1-6pm.
6, Agoro Odiyan street, Victoria Island, Lagos.
As always, gate fee is N1000.
I’ll be at the entrance to welcome you so don’t hesitate to say hi!
