My health goal for October

I believe in adding on habits one at a time and in the coming month, October, I really want to aim to drink 8 cups of water a day daily.
I don’t really like the taste of water so I will achieve this by taking:
1. At least 2 – 3 cups of green tea in the morning.
2. Adding a few drops of juice to my water.image
3. Maybe making some fruit- infused water.image

Next month, another good habit by God’s grace!
