Hair products I will be repurchasing in 2015 {Dr Fomsky}

  1. Lavender Jamaican black castor oil. An oldie but a goodie. I prefer this to the regular plain Jamaican black castor oil because of the additional lavender.
  2. Jamaican black castor oil serum with argan oil. Also an oldie but a goodie. 🙂Jamaican Castor oil serum with argan oil
  3. Lush Cosmetics Caca Noir henna. I have an unpublished post on how I used this and I promise it to publish it in a few days. This replaces my regular henna.
  4. Pura body naturals murumuru moisture milk. My staple leave-in conditioner. Has good slip.
  5. Kurlee Belle thirsty kurls leave-in: Now also a staple leave-in conditioner. It is quite light and great if you have fine hair strands.
  6. Hairveda Red Tea Satin Moisturizer: My staple hair moisturizer
  7. Ouidad’s Salon Series OMEGA-3 Replenishing Hair Treatment. I use it to moisturize my hair (although it is a rinse-out conditioner).
  8. Pura body naturals sapote hair lotion. One of my go-to hair moisturizers. Still undecided because I have the Red tea Satin Moisturizer and Ouidad Replenishing Hair treatment.
  9. Brown Butter Beauty Butter Love conditioner: My new staple protein weekly deep conditioner.
  10. Mill Creek Botanicals Biotin conditioner. This is going to be my heavy protein conditioner. To use it once every 6 weeks. mill creek biotin conditioner
  11. Argan oil: I love to use it to seal my hair or to give shine.
  12. Hempseed oil + coconut oil: This is my new prepoo oil mix. (Plus or minus cocoa butter).
  13. Shescentit curl moist deep conditioner: Used it at the end of last year and I will be using it to replace Hairveda Sitrinillah conditioner. MY STAPLE MOISTURIZING CONDITIONER.
  14. Queen Helen cholesterol: I used it to mix my henna in the past but I am still undecided.
  15. Tea and coffee rinses: Help to reduce shedding.
  16. Aloe vera juice: I add this to my tea and coffee rinse to reduce shedding.
  17. Shescentit blueberrry co-wash conditoner: I started using it at the end of last year and it replaces my own cleansing conditioner mix.
  18. Naturalista Cosmetics Juicy leave-in conditioner: I like it but pure argan oil might just be taking over. We’ll see.
  19. Pura body naturals cupuacu butter: Great for sealing in my twist and braid outs. Will alternate with Naturalista Cosmetics leave-in for twist outs or braid outs.
  20. Phytospecific relaxer.
  21. Mizani butter blend Balancing Hair Bath: Clarifying and chelating shampoo
  22. Linange neutralizing conditioner: Only for relaxer days. wpid-2014-11-24-10.42.40.jpg.jpeg
  23. Franck Provost shea butter conditioner: This will be replacing my Franck Provost reparative conditioner because it has much more slip. I love conditioners which have slip! I don’t have time for conditioners which don’t! This is my conditioner only for henna days because I find it difficult getting the henna out of my hair and this helps.
  24. Garnier Fructis Matiere & Densite fortifying conditoner: Will be replacing L’Oreal Fibralogy conditioner which I used in the 3rd quarter of the year. It supposedly helps to thicken the hair strands. The jury is still out on this product. It also contains ceramides for making the hair follicle smooth.
  25. Essential oils: Tea tree oil (dandruff). Oregano oil (soothe inflammation). Peppermint, cedar wood, lavender, rosemary and thyme oils for stimulating hair growth.
  26. Bamboo hair supplements: I bought them in December and I will try my best to take them as often as I can remember. 🙂
  27. Bamboo tea: I started taking it in December and I think that this will be a bit easier for me to remember taking because I am a tea kind of person.
  28. Paul Mitchell Super Skinny Daily treatment: Only for days I intend to flat iron my hair.
  29. PHYTOSPECIFIC Phytotraxil. PHYTO Phytostim & Phytollium4. These are 3 different products I discovered in November 2014 and I wanted to use them first before telling anyone about them. They are for shedding and thinning hair.

POSSIBLE NEW ADDITIONS:

  1. Shea Moisture Coconut & Hibiscus Curl & Shine Shampoo: Might make this my weekly shampoo. Still undecided on this.
  2. Joico K-Pak Smoothing Balm: I saw this in a YouTube video and I’m considering getting this for the days I decide to flat iron my hair.

I will be publishing my 2015 goals and regimen soon so please stay tuned. Thank you for reading and God bless you!
