Can we just take a minute to appreciate the greatness that is Vo5 Conditioner.
I’m not one to give into hypes especially when it concerns products – natural hair products in particularly so when I heard about Vo5 initially, I brushed it aside.
Well, times have changed as you can see from the photo above. My personal Vo5 collection.
Okay. Let’s get into it, shall we? What’s the noise about?
1. It’s dirt cheap.
Even though it is sometimes inflated out of proportion, you’re guaranteed to get it for between N300-N800. So, anytime you’re lucky to get it for as low as N350, make sure you stock up. You don’t know when you might come across it again. Anytime I need to go shopping and it’s available, I always buy an extra one.
2. It has incredible slip.
Hence, it makes for a perfect detangler. I usually co-wash with it and because of the level of slip, I find myself finger detangling even when I don’t plan to. That’s how awesome it is.
3. It’s packaged conveniently which means it allows for generous usage. I have a problem with products – conditioners particularly that aren’t conveniently accessible. You have to squeeze and squeeze until you have enough to go around your head. But with Vo5, such problems don’t exist. If you’re not careful, you might find yourself using excess.
4. The fragrances are EVERYTHING! Vo5 is known for its distinct tropical fragrances. Best thing? They linger for a long time. I don’t mind smelling like the tropics.
5. It’s long-lasting. Depending on the length of your length or volume of your hair, a bottle of Vo5 can last a whole month or more. Yep! It just never finishes.
6. The consistency is just right. It’s not too thick or too runny. It’s just the right creamy consistency and it’s perfect.© Copyright 2015 Ebun Oluwole, All rights Reserved. Written For: Get your Sizzelle on!
