A few days ago, I noticed that I was breaking out and this hasn’t happened in a while. I’ve successfully been able to streamline my regimen in such a way that I hardly ever breakout. So I just concentrated on getting rid of my blackheads. When this came, I knew something was wrong and needed adjustments.
A few generally known things that cause breakouts are:
1. Dirty Sheets/Pillows
Trust me, I know. I noticed that clean sheets reduce the probability of dirt accumulation. Now, you know that you need to change your sheets regularly, preferably weekly.
2. Touching your face.
Lol. Major culprit here. Constantly touching your face especially with dirty hands can lead to break-outs. So, it’s either you wash your hands more regularly or you keep your fingers off your face.
3. New Products.
I think this is one of the things responsible for my current break-out. I recently introduced two new products and it looks like I’m reacting to it. This is totally normal. Now, it’s up to me to figure out how to go about it. I would either stop using both at the same time and resume their usage separately afterwards.
4. Bacteria From Mobile Phones.
I bet you didn’t know this. Of course, with dirt and germs accumulated on your phones, this could lead to break-outs especially with those that have frequent phone calls.
5. Natural causes e.g stress, hormones e.t.c.
It’s science. Most times, we’re not responsible for these breakouts, they are just caused by our body functions. So, sometimes it’s just important to relax and not fret excessively.
